Fit From Home is a realistic, beginner-friendly program created for moms who don’t have time to work out five days a week. You’ll move through just three workouts per week, each designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and increase energy—all from the comfort of your home.
You can modify as needed. This workout program is easy to follow, and includes video demonstrations (led by me!) to guide you every step of the way. This program is about progress, not perfection—and building a strong, confident foundation that fits your real life.
